Say “Byline, find my newsletters.”

Your assistant can scan your connected email for newsletters, take a pasted list of sites, or suggest publications from your interests. Byline finds each feed and keeps the source attribution.

Tell it what you like

Optionally share your interests or choose essays, opportunities, culture, events, practical resources, discussions—or a mix of everything.

Ask for an edition

Try: “Byline, make me an edition from the publications I follow.” Your assistant adds context; Byline supplies the sources.

Installation notes

Use the platform’s connector settings.

ChatGPT

  1. If Byline is installed, open its plugin page and choose Try in chat.
  2. Otherwise, open Plugins, add a custom MCP server with the copied URL, and install the resulting plugin.
  3. Connect your Byline account when prompted. A plugin must be installed before its tools can be used in chat.

Claude

  1. Open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector and paste the copied MCP URL.
  3. Select Connect and complete Byline authorization.
